1. International Shipping:

3. Order Processing Time:
- Since we begin production upon order and do not keep stock, our average production/completion time is 3-5 working weeks.
- In case the order will be a gift (birthday, anniversary, etc.) or you'll be travelling, and need the order before a specific date, please let us know and we'll prepare and send it accordingly.
4. Tracking Orders:
- You will be notified by email with a UPS trackng number once your order has been picked up from our factory.
- You can also keep track of your order on the UPS tracking page and with the phone number provided upon purchase.
5. Customs fees and local taxes:
- Soy is not responsible for any local custom fees and/or taxes that may arise in your state / country / location.
- Awareness of any local taxes is the customer's responsability.
- NOTE:
- For the USA: We provide a Certificate of Origin (c/o) for orders above 800USD
- For the EU: We prepare an ATR Certificate for orders above 500USD
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- UPS guarantees the best shipmemt process and carefully handles packages.
- In case your package arrives damaged, please take pictures before opening the box and send the photos and notfiy your local UPS and please let us know by sending email to: info@soy.com.tr
- In case any items is missing in the package (because it has been opened or is damaged) please take pictures, notify both your local UPS and us at info@soy.com.tr
- In case of an unforeseen event (e.g. natural disaster, war, strikes, etc.), we will share the details on the mainpage of our online shop and website.
- We will continue our production as long as we're able to in order to continue to provide the best products and the best customer service to you.

These items are entirely handmade Solid Silver Cezves for making Turkish Coffee.
As Silver is the most heat-conducting metal in the Universe, you are looking at the most ideal piece of coffeeware on this planet.
The main difference of this line with Soy's regular Coffeeware line is that it consists entirely of heavy-gauge 1.5mm - 999 Carat Pure Silver.
The product pictured above is a GC2 - 2 Cups - 140ml Silver Cezve. Different sizes have differing shapes, please inquire for details.

- The Silver Body:
Will be entirely made by hand on order, starting from 1.5mm Silver Sheets rolled from Pure Silver Ingots, cast by ourselves, the form will then be shaped entirely by hammer and mallet, until the ideal shape is reached.
-Silver is the metal with the best heat conductivity in our Universe as we know it, making it also the most ideal material for any cookware or coffeeware.
-Our Silver is Pure (999‰) and is NOT Sterling (925‰) -an alloy of Silver with other metals- it henceforth does not carry any of the inconveniences of 92.5% Unpure Sterling Silver.
-Each product will come with an analysis certificate.
-Aside of being a prime piece of professional coffeeware, these items are very good investment, as Silver is a precious commodity metal, that has immediate resell value, may one need to resell it.
-You may use them as recklessly as you wish, they will never defect on you, even if our products look like jewelry.
- The Handle:
Is cast from our own patented alloy of bronze, and has superior refractive qualities that keep it cold and touchable when the Cezve is on blazing fire.
-Is then mounted on the Cezve using Pure Silver rivets, after being bathed to gain a 15µ Copper Plating, that will give it its distinctive pinkish hue, unique to us in the Industry.
- The Engraving
The Diamond hand-engraving is free of charge for all our clients on the Solid Silver line.

- The Packaging:
A leather pouch made from World-Famous Turkish Lambs embroided with our logo will nest the boxed product for shipping and a tracking number will be provided as soon as the item is shipped.

Use:
- * WARNING! COPPER DOES NOT WORK ON INDUCTION COOKTOPS WITHOUT AN INDUCTION ADAPTER PLATE!
- * Do not use your Soy in the microwave, copper & silver are metals after all!
- * Do not use metal utensils or scratch your Soy as it will remove the platingHand-wash your Soy and do not put in the diswasher.
- * Use mild dishwashing soap and do not use metal sponges or the green side of the sponge
- * Given the nature of the metal, both copper and silver will change color and tarnish as they get used & upon contact with air, water, and acidic ingredients.
- * This is totally normal and doesn't affect cooking properties.
- * They are still safe to use and there is no health risks.
- * If you want to get them back to their original state, just rub your Soy with a lemon sliced in half, covered with table salt or baking soda.
- * Rinse it with warm water, dry it and voila!
- * As with cart-iron skillets, a light coating of oil before storing protects it over time.
- * This method works on both copper and silver.
- * You can also clean your Soy with ashes (cigarette ash, fireplace ash, etc.).You can also always use food-safe silver polish.
