2. Domestic Shipping:

• We ship with Aras Kargo within Turkey.
• Their shipment times apply.

3. Order Processing Time:

• Since we begin production upon order and do not keep stock, our average production/completion time is  3-5 working weeks.

• In case the order will be a gift (birthday, anniversary, etc.) or you'll be travelling, and need the order before a specific date, please let us know and we'll prepare and send it accordingly.

4. Tracking Orders: 

• You will be notified by email with a UPS trackng number once your order has been picked up from our factory.

• You can also keep track of your order on the UPS tracking page and with the phone number provided upon purchase.  

5. Customs fees and local taxes:  

• Soy is not responsible for any local custom fees and/or taxes that may arise in your state / country / location.

• Awareness of any local taxes is the customer's responsability.

• NOTE:

• For the USA: We provide a Certificate of Origin (c/o) for orders above 800USD

• For the EU: We prepare an ATR Certificate for orders above 500USD 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

• UPS guarantees the best shipmemt process and carefully handles packages. 

• In case your package arrives damaged, please take pictures before opening the box and send the photos and notfiy your local UPS and please let us know by sending email to: info@soy.com.tr

• In case any items is missing in the package (because it has been opened or is damaged) please take pictures, notify both your local UPS and us at info@soy.com.tr

• In case of an unforeseen event (e.g. natural disaster, war, strikes, etc.), we will share the details on the mainpage of our online shop and website.

• We will continue our production as long as we're able to in order to continue to provide the best products and the best customer service to you.

• * WARNING! COPPER DOES NOT WORK ON INDUCTION COOKTOPS WITHOUT AN INDUCTION ADAPTER PLATE!
• * Do not use your Soy in the microwave, copper & silver are metals after all!
• * Do not use metal utensils or scratch your Soy as it will remove the platingHand-wash your Soy and do not put in the diswasher.
• * Use mild dishwashing soap and do not use metal sponges or the green side of the sponge

• * Given the nature of the metal, both copper and silver will change color and tarnish as they get used & upon contact with air, water, and acidic ingredients.
• * This is totally normal and doesn't affect cooking properties.
• * They are still safe to use and there is no health risks.
• * If you want to get them back to their original state, just rub your Soy with a lemon sliced in half, covered with table salt or baking soda.
• * Rinse it with warm water, dry it and voila!
• * As with cart-iron skillets, a light coating of oil before storing protects it over time.
• * This method works on both copper and silver.
• * You can also clean your Soy with ashes (cigarette ash, fireplace ash, etc.).You can also always use food-safe silver polish.
• * We recommend brands like Hagerty or Goddard's.
